Salvation
Xardanin looked up at the sky. The two moons of mundane shining brightly and more vibrantly then ever before it seemed. He slowly looked down across the vast misting ocean and sighed as he saw his reflection in the water.
He couldn't help himself, that's what he told himself. Though, he knew it was a lie. He couldn't see himself doing such a horrible thing.
He picked up his things, including his clothes, his sleeping bag, and his watch and began walking towards the shelter he had made....
"But dad! I don't want to go!" yelled Yoki loud enough to shatter planets. "Now that's enough of that, darling, you're going to be going to the gathering whether you want to or not and that's final. I will not have the governors daughter be MIA from one of the most important gatherings of the year".
Yoki sighed "But dad... I was going to go to the beach with Keshen!" Yoki could tell she was getting on her fathers nerves.
"Listen, you're going to have to tell Keshen you can't go and that's final."
"Hmph!" Yoki stormed off mumbling something under her tongue that her father couldn't make out. "Yoki! Yoki!" Yoki turned around too see her friend Keshen standing there. "Oh, hi Keshen"
"Hey are you coming to the beach tonight?"
"No..." She sighed. "I need to go to the gathering with my father. It's apparently one of the most important gatherings of the year, though I can't tell the difference of any of them."
Keshen sighed, Yoki could tell he was dissapointed. "Alright I understand, family first. How about next week then?"
"I'd love too!" Yoki smiled. "Well Keshen. I need to go. I need to go get changed for the gathering. Bye!"
"Bye Yoki."
"Mom, mom I'm home!"
"Oh, hi hun how was your day?" Yoki slumped. "Why do I need to go to the stupid gathering with you and dad? It's just stupid elders talking."
"Now Yoki, it's important to your father that we're there for him. If that means you can't go to the beach with Keshen for one weekend.."
Yoki sighed again, "Alright... I'm going to go upstairs to get changed."
"Alright, hurry though."
Yoki ran up the stairs to her room and closed the door. She slowly opened her closet, which was filled with clothes from her childhood memories and clothes from recent memory. Yokio has been known around town to be one of the most beautiful girls in the town. Gifted with natural beauty and amazing intelligence she is a true eye catcher. Yoki is one of the few girls in town that has long brown and black hair and green glowing eyes. Yoki took down the same dress she had worn to her school dance.
A green and blue night gown that seemed to make her eyes glow even more bright than before. Yoki had tied her long beautiful hair into a pony tail and headed downstairs. "How do I look mom?"
"You look beautiful, Yoki, as always." It had always made Yoki feel special when her parents had said that. She felt important, like she has accomplished somthing. But most of all she felt loved.
Xardanin was walking in the cold damp forest. His large brown eyes shining brightly as he looked up at the sky and noticed something strange. "What's tha-" Out of the corner of his eye he saw what had appeared to be a large flash. He shook his head shaking it off thinking it was his imagination.
He was soon walking once again. He had found a tree under a large cliff and began to set up his "Camp" though it was just his sleeping bag and his lighter. He leaned against the tree looking up at the night. "One day, I'll find you." He said quietly. "One day, you'll be mine."

Who knew it could happen? That I'd find you in the least likely of places. Closest to my heart, right under my nose. Can I accept it? Can you? Can they?

Wenn nichts mehr geht
Werd' ich ein engel sein - Für dich allein
Und dir in jeder dunklen nacht erschein'
Und dann fliegen wir weit weg von hier
Wir werden uns nie mehr verlier'n
